I've no luck yet with Phebe, but think I have Austin!

Austin is listed as born in MA. Working with documents fron the New England
Ancestors, I find the following:

Austin Allen Perks born to Henry and Charlotte Perks in 21 Feb 1805 in Spencer, MA.

There are also the following:

Intentions of marriage between Henry Perks and Charlotte Bridges on 29 Nov 1804 in
Spencer, MA.

Then on 28 May 1807, a daughter, Marsha Ann Perks was born to them.

I'm certain that this is the same Henry who resided in Arcadia. His first wife was
Charlotte, and she died in 1848 and is buried in Arcadia.

I'm not familiar with Spencer, MA, but have noted that Henry was born in CT. Perks,
Pirkes, and Parks are often alternate spellings.

Notes:

Stanley H. Fisher's parents were Abraham A. Fisher and Jennie A. Fisher. There was
also a brother listed on the 1920 Census, (January 2, 3 and 5 1920) Raymond who was
13. Stanley was 7 and the family lived in Victory, Cayuga County, NY. Abraham at
that time was 47 and Jennie was 45. Abraham was a farmer. It appears he immigrated
in 1887 and became naturalized in 1918.

In the 1930 Census the family now lived in Wolcott, Wayne County, NY. Abraham was
now 56 and Jennie was 54. Stanley was still at home at 18 working on his father's
farm. It is listed that Abraham who was from Holland (as were his parents) was
married to Jennie at age 23, she was 20. Jennie's father was from Holland, mother
from NY.

Raymond, 23, is living in Syracuse, Onondaga County, NY in a boarding house. He is
working as an assembler in a gear factory (?).

Next to Abraham and Jennie is a younger family of Fishers, with 4 daughters and 4
sons, most likely some kin.

Could not post to genealogy until they email my password to me. Think I was using a
different email address when I registered there some years back.

Hope this helps, there is so much more to be discovered, I mostly use ancestry.com
and would be glad to find more info for you. Of course, the census ends at 1930,
but there are draft cards, family trees etc.

Notes:

In 1920 Martina was living with her husband William Gosnell, son Herbert M. age 21, and their daughter Helen J. age 17 at 428 Grand Avenue in the 18th Ward of Rochester, New York. Martina reported that she was age 50, was born in New York, and that both of her parents were born in Holland.

Martina Fisher Gosnell is found in the 1930 Federal Census living as a boarder at 494 Grand Avenue in Rochester. She reported that she was a widow, and that she was 60 years old, and worked as a Practical Nurse.

Date of burial at Mt. Hope cemetery was May 25, 1944.
